Scoreboard Messages

Celebrate a special occasion at Chase Field with a personalized scoreboard message! Your message will appear at the END of the 4th inning of your selected game on the right side of the main dbTV scoreboard.

Scoreboard messages can be purchased online for a $100 donation to the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation.

• Messages MUST be submitted at least 24 hours before the start of the game.
• Your credit card will only be charged after your message has been approved by the Arizona Diamondbacks.
• Message spots are reserved once payment has been processed.
• If your message is not approved, your card will not be charged, and you may submit a revised message if it is still more than 24 hours before the game.

If a game is not played or does not reach the end of the 4th inning, confirmed and paid scoreboard messages will be refunded.

• Messages must be 100 characters or fewer, including spaces and punctuation.

• Messages will be displayed on five lines (20 characters per line).

• Photos and emojis are not permitted.

Messages cannot include:

• Obscene, offensive, or inappropriate language
• References to other Major League Baseball organizations
• MLB player names
• Commercial advertisements or promotions
• Marriage proposals (the Arizona Diamondbacks do not offer proposal experiences through scoreboard messages)

The Arizona Diamondbacks reserve the right to edit or decline any message that does not meet these guidelines.

• Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Limit of 10 scoreboard messages per game.
• Duplicate messages will not be accepted.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your request is reviewed and processed.

Before purchasing, use the Arizona Diamondbacks Virtual Venue or Chase Field Seating Map to view your seating location and determine if your seats have visibility of the scoreboard message.

Obstructed Views may include but are not limited to:

• Home Run Porches
• Coors Light Strike Zone
• Banner Health Center Field
• 100AW, 100BW, 145AW, and 145BW (including ADA seating areas)
• Sections 101–103 and 142–144

Please note that scoreboard visibility may vary by seating location, and some areas may have limited or obstructed views.
