
The Washington Nationals will kick off their first homestand of the season against the Los Angeles Dodgers at Nationals Park for a three-game series followed by a three-game set against the St. Louis Cardinals. The Nationals have a jam-packed weekend filled with home opener festivities, the Club’s 21st birthday celebrations with Budweiser, Japanese Heritage Day, the first Pups in the Park of the season and a Nationals vintage batting practice pullover giveaway.
FRIDAY, APRIL 3 vs. LOS ANGELES DODGERS (1:05 P.M.)
- The Nationals will have a jam-packed schedule in celebration of the Nationals home opener. Pre-game festivities include:
- The World-Famous Budweiser Clydesdales will take a tour with Nationals.TV host and reporter Alexa Datt, who will serve as grand master, around Navy Yard beginning at 10:15 a.m. Fans will have a chance for photos in Center Field Plaza beginning at approximately 10:30 a.m.
- Fans in attendance can enjoy live music on the Budweiser Terrace or check out the Family Picnic Area for face-painting, balloon twisters and caricaturists.
- Gates open at 11:05 a.m.
- The Home Opener festivities will continue during the game, including:
- National anthem, America the Beautiful and God Bless America performed by theS. Army Ceremonial Band
- 250 military members will create a tunnel in center field for starting lineup and manager introductions
- Our nation’s colors presented by Joint Armed Forces Color Guard

SATURDAY, APRIL 4 vs. LOS ANGELES DODGERS (4:05 P.M.)
- Nationals’ 21st Birthday Celebration with Budweiser
- To celebrate 21 years since the Nationals inaugural game (April 4, 2005), the Nationals and Budweiser are throwing the ultimate birthday celebration.
- This season, fans celebrating their own birthday can head to Guest Services to receive a Birthday Beer drink token, which can be redeemed for one complimentary beer at the Budweiser Terrace, courtesy of Budweiser.
- Participants must present a government-issued ID and be 21 or older to participate.
- The Nationals and Budweiser will have birthday festivities around the ballpark on Saturday, including:
- 10,000 fans will receive 21st birthday party hats at the Center Field Gates or Budweiser Terrace.
- Fans can take their photo with two of the World-Famous Budweiser Clydesdales on the main concourse in Center Field Plaza.
- Fans can receive a 21st birthday commemorative koozie at the Budweiser Terrace and Happy Hour locations prior to first pitch with the purchase of an Anheuser-Busch product while supplies last.
- Fans can listen to live music pregame at the Budweiser Terrace beginning at 2:45 p.m. and grab a cupcake courtesy of Harris Teeter, while supplies last.
- The birthday festivities continue throughout game day with a ceremonial first sip on the field prior to the game and a Happy Birthday sing-along during the second mid-inning break. - The Nationals will celebrate and honor Japanese culture with Japanese Heritage Day.

- Signature Sunday
- At every Sunday home game, select Nationals players, coaches or broadcasters will be available for autographs down the first base line near the Nationals dugout prior to the game.
- The Nationals will provide vouchers at Section 103 on a first-come, first-served basis for fans of all ages to take part, weather permitting.

- The Easter Bunny will hop around Center Field Plaza distributing Easter eggs filled with candy and vouchers redeemable for special experiences.

- Fans and their furry friends can attend a game at Nationals Park with the purchase of a special ticket, which includes a Nationals-themed pups bandana. Proceeds from the special tickets will be donated to the Humane Rescue Alliance.
- New this season, fans can earn stamps at every Pups in the Park event with their Pups in the Park Passport presented by PEDIGREE Foundation.
- Pups Passports stamps collected throughout the season can be redeemed for prizes during the final Pups in the Park on Sept. 27.

- 20,000 fans in attendance will receive a Nationals vintage batting practice pullover.

- $5 Tuesdays
- Every Tuesday home game, Nationals Park will offer $5 concession items at select concession stands, offering fans special value pricing.
- Food options include: 12-ounce Bud Light beer, 22-ounce fountain sodas, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels and peanuts.

DRONE NOTICE
