Spent 2024 with the NC Dinos of the Korean Baseball Organization, and was awarded the Choi Dong-won Award, the KBO equivalent of MLB’s Cy Young Award, after leading the league with 182 strikeouts and finishing second in both wins (13) and ERA (2.69) across 26 appearances (all starts)…Walked just 38 of his 631 batters faced for a 6.0 percent walk rate to go along with a 28.8 percent strikeout rate...His 124 total hits allowed were the fewest among all qualifying KBO starters.
2023
Signed a Minor League deal with PHI on Feb. 9 and made just one relief outing, striking out one in a scoreless inning of work...Released by PHI on April 19 before signing a minor league deal with SEA on June 3…in 18 starts for Triple–A, he registered a 4-6 record and 4.58 ERA with 85 strikeouts across 88.1 IP...Elected free agency following the season on Nov. 6…signed a 1-year contract with the NC Dinos on Dec. 19, 2023.
2022
In his final season with the Red Sox organization, began the 2022 season with Triple-A Worcester, then was assigned to Double-A Portland on May 16…spent the majority of the season with Portland before assigned back to Worcester on Sept. 15, finishing the season with two starts for Worcester...Between both stops, he made 24 appearances between WOR and POR , accumulating a 7-3 record and 5.25 ERA (48 ER, 82.1 IP) with 74 strikeouts in 82.1 innings pitched...On COVID-related IL from May 22-June 3...In his penultimate outing on Sept. 20, tossed the 5th and final complete game of his career, with 6.0 innings of two-run ball.

Spent all of 2021 with Triple-A Worcester, where he went 6-9 with a 4.22 ERA (50 ER, 106.2 IP) across 23 appearances (20 starts) and 90 strikeouts against 47 walks...Threw a 7.0-inning complete game on July 14, 2021at Scranton Wilkes-Barre.
2020
Was one of six Red Sox to make a ML debut in 2020...Entered 2020 ranked by Baseball America as the Red Sox’ No. 29 prospect...Began the season in Pawtucket at the Red Sox’ Alternate Training Site...Recalled by BOS on 8/13 and made his ML debut that day against the Rays at Fenway Park (L, 2.0 IP, 7 R/5 ER). Received a no-decision in his next two starts on 8/19 vs. PHI (3.2 IP, 2 R) and 8/25 at TOR (3.1 IP, 6 R), both Sox wins...His fourth and final appearance of the season came in relief on 9/1 vs. ATL (2.0 IP, 6 R). Placed on the 10-day injured list on 9/2 with a left hip impingement...Transferred to the 45-day IL on 9/15.

Led Sox minor leaguers in wins (12), innings (156.0), and complete games (2), and ranked 2nd in strikeouts (140). Tossed at least 6.0 innings in 18 of his 27 outings, including at least 7.0 innings in 6 of them...Made 6 quality starts with Portland and 9 with Pawtucket. Held Double-A batters to a .199 AVG (39-for-196). Made his season debut on 4/4 with Portland vs. Reading and recorded a career-high 11 SO with 0 BB...Threw a 6.0-inning complete game in his next start on 4/13 at Trenton (2 H, R, BB , 9 SO). Promoted to Pawtucket on 5/28 and threw a 9.0-inning shutout in his Triple-A debut on 5/30 vs. Lehigh Valley (5 H, 8 SO, 0 BB). Posted a 2.91 ERA (11 ER/34.0 IP) over a six-start span with the PawSox from 6/14-7/15. Made 3 consecutive quality starts with Pawtucket from 8/16-26.
