Recalled from Triple-A Norfolk on 5/3 and made his Major League debut on 5/7 vs. BOS (0.2 IP, H, ER, BB)…Threw a career-high-tying 1.1 scoreless innings on 7/3 at LAA, retiring four of his five batters faced; struck out David Fletcher for his first-career strikeout...Struck out a career-high two batters through 1.0 inning of work on 8/7 vs. TB...Went 0-2 with a 6.23 ERA (12 ER/17.1 IP) in 18 relief appearances for Triple-A Norfolk...Appeared in five games during Spring Training, going 0-1 with a 5.79 ERA (3 ER/4.2 IP), three walks, and three strikeouts.

Split the season between the Angels Class A-Advanced (Inland Empire) affiliate, Double-A (Mobile) affiliate, and Triple-A (Salt Lake) affiliate, making a combined 37 appearances and posting a 2.33 ERA (19 ER/73.1 IP) with 110 strikeouts...Named a MiLB.com Organization All-Star...Following the season, pitched for the Mesa Solar Sox of the Arizona Fall League, appearing in seven games and posting a 1.69 ERA (2 ER/10.2 IP) while striking out 12...Named to the AFL Rising Stars game.

2018

Spent the season with Class-A Burlington and Class A-Advanced Inland Empire...Posted a 7-4 record with a 3.82 ERA (40 ER/94.1 IP) and 85 strikeouts in 25 games (11 starts)...Made 11 starts for Burlington, his only career professional starts.
