Exited his start on 7/17 at NYY in the first inning after being hit in the hand by a batted ball (0.2 IP, 2 H, 3 R, HBP). Placed on the 15-Day Injured List on 7/22 (retro to 7/19) due to a left fifth finger fracture. On 8/6, suffered a right wrist injury during a bicycle accident.
