The Giants and infielder Matt Chapman have agreed to terms on a six-year contract extension beginning in 2025 through the 2030 season worth $151 million. Chapman will earn $25 million each season through 2030. He’ll also receive a $1 million signing bonus in 2025.
Additionally, Chapman will make an annual donation to the Giants Community Fund in the amount of $125,000 each season through 2030.
