Scoreboard Messages

Message Length

Messages can be up to one line of 25 characters or less including spaces and punctuation. Initial greetings such as "Happy Birthday" and "Congratulations" are not added to your character limit.

Message Content

The Guardians reserve the right to approve and edit any message if necessary. Messages that are obscene, offensive, include foul language or refer positively or negatively to any other Major League organization will be not accepted. They also may not include the name of any MLB player. The message cannot be used for commercial purposes; however, you may welcome a group or company who is attending the game. Note: Scoreboard message cannot contain any emoji's

Message Display

Messages will appear in Progressive Field and a photo will be taken at the ballpark and emailed to you. Scoreboard messages can not be seen during the television broadcast. Please note that other fans will be in your photo, as the crowd camera is on during this time. All scoreboard messages will run in the middle of the 4th inning.

Ordering Info

There is a limited number of messages available each game. Purchasers receive a digital photo via email within a week of your scoreboard message airing during the game. Additional prints and frames are not available for purchase. You must order at least 48 hours prior to game you wish to select.

Payment must be made prior to announcement. Your credit card will be charged upon approval of the message, which will occur closer to selected game date.

Available Dates

If you do not see the game you wish to purchase a message for listed, the deadline to order online has passed or the allotment has been filled. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive email confirmation shortly after the close of the submission period to confirm your order.

Scoreboard greetings will not be displayed on game broadcasts.
