When you download the MiLB App, you will need to create or log in with an MLB account. An MLB account is free and easy to create directly in the MiLB App or at this link.

How to login:

1. Download or open the MiLB App on your phone.
2. Log in to an existing MLB account or create a new account.

• If opening the app for the first time, follow the onboarding flow to log in or create a new account and follow your team.
• If you’ve skipped the onboarding flow, tap “More” in the bottom navigation menu; tap “Settings” and you’ll be prompted to log in or create an account.

If first downloading the app, you'll be able to easily follow team(s) and select a favorite team during the onboarding flow.

You can also follow teams from the Discover tab:

1. Tap on "Discover" in the bottom navigation menu
2. Search for a team using the search bar
3. Select the team and tap "Follow"

If you follow multiple teams, you can toggle between those teams from the Team tab:

1. Tap on the team name from the top of the Team tab
2. A list of the teams you're following will display. You can toggle to a different team by selecting that team from this menu.

To edit your favorite team selections:

1. Tap "More" in the bottom navigation menu
2. Tap "Settings"
3. Tap “My teams”

• Tap “Follow more teams” to follow additional teams; OR
• Tap "Edit" in the top-right corner to remove teams from your followed list or change your favorite team.

To access your tickets, you’ll need to follow your team. If you’re not following a team:

1. Search for your team in the Discover tab and follow them. (You can also follow your team in the onboarding flow after first downloading the app.)
2. Navigate to the Team tab where you’ll be able to access your ticket account by tapping "My Tickets" under "Quick Links".

If already following your team:

1. From the Team tab, tap “My Tickets” under “Quick Links”.
2. If not logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in; otherwise, you’ll be taken directly to your ticket account. (Note: You must log in with the same email address used to buy your tickets.)
3. Within your ticket account, tap “View Tickets” to view tickets for your next game or tap “View All Ticket Inventory” to view future game dates.
4. A list of all tickets from your purchase for the selected game will display. Tap on each ticket to view and scan the individual barcode for that ticket. (You can also save tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet.)

Note: If there's no “My Tickets” option to tap under "Quick Links" on your team's Team tab, please go to the Club’s website for mobile ticket information or refer to your ticket purchase confirmation email.

Yes, fans can buy tickets to every Minor League game in the MiLB App!

From the Team tab, you can select games for purchase from either the Featured or Upcoming Home Games sections (beneath "Quick Links"):

1. Select the game of your choice from either section by tapping on that game. (If you wish to see a full list of games, tap “See All” next to "Upcoming Home Games".)
2. Tap “Buy tickets” from the Game Details card.
3. Use the interface to select the seats of your choice and complete your purchase.

Note: You'll have to log in or create an account to purchase tickets.

1. From the Team tab, tap “My Tickets” under “Quick Links”.
2. If not logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in; otherwise, you’ll be taken directly to your ticket account. (Note: You must log in with the same email address used to buy your tickets.)
3. Within your ticket account, tap “View Tickets” to view tickets for your next game or tap “View All Ticket Inventory” to view future game dates.
4. Find and select the date of the game for which you would like to forward tickets. A list of all tickets from your purchase for the selected game will display.
5. Tap “Forward” at the bottom of the screen.
6. Select the seats you would like to forward. Then, tap “Choose Friend” at the bottom of the screen to select the person you’d like to send tickets to.
7. Select “Add Friend” to add a contact and enter that person’s information (name and email address) or select a recipient from your current list.
8. Tap “Forward Tickets.” The recipient will be notified via the email address used that they now have tickets in their account. (Note: If your recipient does not have an MLB account, they will be prompted to create one when they receive their forwarded ticket.)

MLB.TV and MLB+ subscribers can watch live MiLB games and access game archives in the MLB or MiLB app.

• In the MiLB app, tap the Scores tab in the bottom navigation menu and select “Watch” on the desired game.
• You can also tap “Watch” on any live game directly from the team snapshot at the top of your Team tab.

Fans can subscribe to live game and news notifications in the MiLB App.

To update your notifications settings:

1. Tap "More" in the bottom navigation menu
2. Tap "Settings"
3. Tap "Notifications"
4. Select “MiLB News” to get league alerts
5. Select which of your followed teams teams you would like to receive game updates from.

Note: In order to receive notifications you must enable the MiLB App in your device settings.
