Know Before You Go

The Philadelphia Phillies are excited to welcome you to Citizens Bank Park. Below is some IMPORTANT information to enhance your game day.

Mobile Ticketing

• ACCESS YOUR TICKETS BEFORE COMING TO THE GAME.
• ALL tickets and parking passes will be via mobile delivery through the free MLB Ballpark app.
• Be sure to download the MLB Ballpark app - App Store | Google Play - in advance to access your mobile ticket.
• Use the email address from your ticket purchase to log in and view your tickets.
• We encourage you to review your account and ensure all tickets appear as expected within the app before you arrive at Citizens Bank Park.
• Please have the barcodes ready on your phone BEFORE going through security screening.
• Please forward tickets to others in your group to help expedite entry. Please note, screenshots of your digital tickets will NOT be accepted for entry into Citizens Bank Park.

• The MLB Ballpark app was upgraded with enhanced security features to protect your mobile tickets. Please update and log in BEFORE you leave for Citizens Bank Park to ensure your tickets and/or parking is ready to scan the moment you arrive.
  • Click “Get Started”
  • Manually enter your password
  • You will then receive a 6-digit one-time code via email, enter that to verify your email address.
  • Next you will be required to enroll your mobile number
  • You will then receive a 6-digit one-time code via text message, enter that to verify your mobile number.
  • Once verified, you will now be logged into the Ballpark app and should be able to access your tickets.
  • After completing these steps, if you are unable to see or access your tickets in the Ballpark app, please call 215-463-1000 or email us at tickets@phillies.com.

Ballpark Access

• All tickets will have a specific gate listed, which will direct guests to the entrance closest to their seats.
• All parking for Phillies games at Citizens Bank Park is cashless. Methods of payment include credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay).
• Tailgating will be permitted in the following parking lots: A-H, M, & N. Tailgating is not permitted in parking lots West of Darien Street and North of Pattison Avenue. Tailgating lots will open five hours prior to the scheduled start time. Non-tailgating lots will open three hours prior to the scheduled start time.
• Please have your mobile parking pass loaded PRIOR to getting to the lot entrance. Show the pass to the parking attendant when asked.
• Please leave all bags in your vehicle (refer to the bag policy, above).
• First Base, Third Base, and Left Field gates, fans can walk right through security screening without having to stop to open bags or be checked individually as they enter the ballpark. This feature is thanks to Evolv Technology, which will be partnering with the Phillies to use a powerful technology with AI. To help expedite ballpark entry, it is NO LONGER necessary to remove cell phones, cameras, coins, and keys and place them in a screening bowl.
• The Phillies and MLB encourage fans to keep their eyes on the ball with a fast, easy, hands-free way to enter the ballpark using MLB Go-Ahead Entry lanes at Citizens Bank Park (at the First Base, Third Base, and Left Field Gates). Fans 18+ simply register using the MLB Ballpark app, and all tickets tied to their account will be enrolled for Go-Ahead Entry BEFORE approaching the gates.
• Please forward tickets to others in your group to help expedite entry. Please note, screenshots of your digital tickets will NOT be accepted for entry into Citizens Bank Park.
• Parking can also be conveniently purchased ahead of time through SpotHero, the Official parking partner of the Phillies.

Concessions & Merchandise

• All concession and merchandise purchases are cashless. Methods of payment include credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay). Reverse ATMs, where fans can convert cash to a prepaid debit card that can be used throughout the ballpark and anywhere major credit/debit cards are accepted, are located in three places: inside the Phillies New Era Team Store, on the main concourse behind section 123, and inside the elevator lobby behind section 317.
• Phillies Wallet provides a seamless way for fans to manage their ticket entitlements and concession credit in one centralized wallet experience. Phillies Wallet is available to fans using the MLB Ballpark app at Citizens Bank Park concession and retail locations, some restrictions may apply based on the credit or discount. Gate Openings - Regular Season

Monday-Friday

• Third Base Gate and Left Field Gate will partially open 2 hours prior to first pitch. This area includes Pass & Stow, the New Era Team Store, Coca-Cola Corner, Ashburn Alley, The Yard, and seating in Sections 140-148, Section 101-103, and Philadelphia Insurance Club seats.
• The remaining gates and the entire ballpark will open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.

Saturday and Sunday

• Third Base Gate and Left Field Gate will partially open 2 1/2 hours prior to first pitch. This area includes Pass & Stow, the New Era Team Store, Coca-Cola Corner, Ashburn Alley, The Yard, and seating in Sections 140-148, Section 101-103, and Philadelphia Insurance Club seats.
• The remaining gates and the entire ballpark will open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.
