The Fightin' Phils Fan Club, presented by The GIANT Company (the "Fightin' Phils") will allow eligible members to receive access to exclusive member offers for certain items and events at Citizens Bank Park.

How do I purchase a Fightin’ Phils membership?
In order to purchase a membership to the Fightin’ Phils, fans must complete the order process at www.phillies.com/fanclubs. Complete and accurate information must be provided, including name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work, mobile and fax), email address, valid payment card information, and shipping address. The MLB.com Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used. The email address associated with the Fightin’ Phils membership account will be the member username. Each membership purchase must use a unique email address and password. The Phillies and MLB reserve the right to decline service to or terminate any account for suspicious activity or violation of the terms of this page or the MLB.com Terms of Use. All sales are final unless cancelled in accordance with the refund policy set forth below. For additional questions regarding membership, please contact fightinphils@phillies.com. Can I purchase a Fightin’ Phils membership as a gift?
No, Fightin’ Phils Club memberships are non-transferable and are not eligible to be purchased as a gift on behalf of someone other than the parent or guardian. An alternative gift option could be a Phillies gift card, which could be used to purchase a membership on the parent or guardian’s account.
Can I purchase multiple Fightin’ Phils memberships?
No, Fightin’ Phils membership are limited to one membership per MLB account.
How do I access my Fightin’ Phils membership?
Through the MLB Ballpark app you will have access to your Fightin' Phils Club membership (MLB Ballpark app supported device required). Once you have logged into the MLB Ballpark app, tap on the "Teams" button in the bottom menu, and select "Philadelphia Phillies". You will then see a tile labeled "Fan Clubs." Once you have done that, you will be able to see all applicable membership(s).

How do I redeem my complimentary / discounted ticket?
You will receive your access code(s) and a link to redeem via email up to a week after your membership registration is completed.
How do I retrieve my Fightin' Phils membership gift?
Membership gifts may be picked up in person at the Fan Club Kiosk near the Yard in Right Field at Citizens Bank Park during Phillies home games. The Fan Club Kiosk is open from when gates open to an hour and a half after first pitch.
How do I RSVP for exclusive Fightin' Phils events?
Be sure to regularly check your email for the latest information regarding upcoming Fan Club events. You will purchase tickets and RSVP through the link sent via email.
If you already have tickets to a game that one our events falls on, please email fightinphils@phillies.com to RSVP.
How do I redeem my team store discount?
Fightin' Phils members receive a one-time-use 10% discount per membership valid for use at the New Era Phillies Team Store at Citizens Bank Park. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts and can only be redeemed in person and expires after the final home game of the 2026 Phillies season.
Through the MLB Ballpark app, you will also have access to your Fightin' Phils membership discount (MLB Ballpark app supported device required). Once you have logged into the MLB Ballpark app, tap on the "Phillies" button in the bottom menu. Select the "Phillies Wallet" tab to see all account entitlements. Present the membership discount QR Code to the cashier for scanning.
How do I access my Happy Hour discount?
Fightin' Phils Happy Hour discount will be available to members during Wednesday home games. Restrictions may apply. Fans must be twenty-one (21) years or older to purchase any alcoholic beverages.
Through the MLB Ballpark app, fans will also have access to their Fightin' Phils Happy Hour discount (MLB Ballpark app supported device required) in their Phillies Wallet. To access, log into the MLB Ballpark app, tap on the "Phillies" button in the bottom menu. Select the "Phillies Wallet" tab to see all account entitlements. Offer will only be visible on eligible game dates. Present the membership discount QR Code to the cashier for scanning.
