1. Log in with your MLB account on the MLB Ballpark app.
2. Select the Tickets icon on the bottom of page.
3. Select membership card and press Open.
4. Swipe to toggle between multiple member cards.

Membership Portal (use to manage reward points and redeem prizes):

• Log in with your MLB account on the MLB Ballpark app.
• Select the Phillies tab at the bottom. If you do not have a Phillies tab, select the MLB tab and scroll to set Phillies as a favorite.
• Scroll down to the FAN CLUBS tile.
• Select Phillies Kids Club.

Rewards Store

• Attend games, earn points, redeem prizes!

  • Each scan (membership QR code) = 100 points

• Scan your membership QR code during each visit to earn points. Then, redeem for eligible prizes listed on the Rewards Store.

• Members must be present to scan. We cannot retroactively scan. Points for all members will accrue in parent/guardian account. Please note that one redemption = one prize, not one prize per member.

• Check in at the Fan Club kiosk each home game you attend to pick out a Phillies baseball card!

How to redeem prizes in the Membership Portal:

• Visit the Phillies Kids Club store in the MLB Ballpark app.
• In the MLB Ballpark app, click the Phillies tab on the bottom of the screen (if this does not show, Phillies will need to be favorited). Scroll down and click on the Fan Clubs tile. Then, click the points store icon in the top right of the screen.
• Select an item within your points balance and click redeem.
• After the item is redeemed, you may visit the kiosk to retrieve your item.

The Phillies Kids Club, presented by The GIANT Company (the "Kids Club") will allow eligible members to receive access to exclusive member offers for certain items and events at Citizens Bank Park.

Purchasers must have an app compatible device and download the MLB Ballpark app to access the membership portal.

The Kids Club is recommended for individuals aged fourteen (14) or younger and access must be managed through the MLB Ballpark app (MLB Ballpark app supported device required) on a parent or guardian’s MLB account.

What is the Kids Club?

The Kids Club is a club for young fans to share their love of baseball and the Phillies while at Citizens Bank Park by earning points to access exclusive items and events for members.

Is there a cost to join?

Yes, a Kids Club membership is $40 per membership. All memberships are valid through the final home game of the 2026 Phillies season.

What are the benefits for Kids Club members in 2026?

Purchasing and Account Access

How do I purchase a Kids Club membership?

In order to purchase a membership to the Kids Club, a parent or guardian must complete the order process at www.phillies.com/fanclubs. You must provide complete and accurate information, including name, address, telephone number, email address, valid payment card information, and shipping address. The MLB.com Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used. The email address associated with your Kids Club membership account will be your member username. The Phillies and MLB reserve the right to decline service to or terminate any account for suspicious activity or violation of the terms of this page or the MLB.com Terms of Use. All sales are final. Can I purchase a Kids Club membership as a gift?

No, Kids Club memberships are non-transferable and are not eligible to be purchased as a gift on behalf of someone (other than a parent or guardian purchasing for their child). An alternative gift option could be a Phillies gift card, which could be used to purchase a membership.

Can I purchase multiple Kids Club memberships?

Yes, parents or guardians may purchase up to eight (8) Kids Club memberships on one account.

How do I access my Kids Club membership?

You will have access to your Kids Club membership through the MLB Ballpark app (MLB Ballpark app supported device required). Once you have logged into the MLB Ballpark app, tap on the "Teams" button in the bottom menu, and select "Philadelphia Phillies". You will then see a tile labeled "Fan Clubs." Once you have done that, you will be able to see all applicable membership(s), add the child’s or children’s name(s), and accrued points.

How do I add my child's name to their membership?

You will have access to your Kids Club membership through the MLB Ballpark app (MLB Ballpark app supported device required). Once you have logged into the MLB Ballpark app, tap on the "Teams" button in the bottom menu, and select "Philadelphia Phillies". You will then see a tile labeled "Fan Clubs." Select the applicable membership and you will be able to add the child’s or children’s name(s). Once added, this field cannot be edited without reaching out to kidsclub@phillies.com for assistance.

Membership Benefits

How do I retrieve my Kids Club membership pack?

Membership packs may be picked up in person at the Fan Club Kiosk near the Yard in Right Field at Citizens Bank Park during Phillies home games. The Fan Club Kiosk is open from when gates open to an hour and a half after first pitch. Be sure to have your QR code(s) in the MLB Ballpark app ready to be scanned!

If opted for shipping ($10 charge) your Kids Club membership pack will arrive in 3-4 weeks.

How do I earn points on my membership account?

Points are earned by attending games at Citizens Bank Park. Points can be redeemed for exclusive items available in the Rewards Store.

You will have access to your Kids Club membership through the MLB Ballpark app (MLB Ballpark app supported device required). Once you have logged into the MLB Ballpark app, tap on the “Tickets” button in the bottom menu. You will see a ticket labeled “Youth Club Membership”. Once opened, you will see a barcode and “Kids Club Member” displayed on the ticket. You can use this barcode to scan your membership in person at the Fan Clubs kiosk behind Section 101 near The Yard at Citizens Bank Park. Each member check-in is worth 100 points.

Note that reward points will be added to your account the following day from when you scan.

How do I access the Rewards Store?

In the MLB Ballpark app, click the Phillies tab on the bottom of the screen. If the Phillies logo is not displayed, select the Phillies as “My Team.” Scroll down and click on the Fan Clubs tile. Once selected, click the points store icon in the top right of the screen.

Note that reward points will be added to your account the following day from when you scan.

Is there an expiration date on points and access to the Reward Store?

All points must be redeemed by the end of the final home game at Citizens Bank Park of the 2026 Phillies season or the points expire with the membership.

How do I redeem my complimentary ticket?

You will receive your access code(s) and a link to redeem via email up to a week after your membership registration is completed.

How do I RSVP for exclusive Kids Club events?

Be sure to regularly check your email for the latest information regarding upcoming Kids Club events. You will purchase tickets and RSVP through the link sent via email.

If you already have tickets to a game that one of our events falls on, please email kidsclub@phillies.com to RSVP.

How do I redeem my team store discount?

Kids Club members receive a one-time-use 10% discount per membership valid for use at the New Era Phillies Team Store at Citizens Bank Park. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts and can only be redeemed in person.

You will have access to your Kids Club membership discount through the MLB Ballpark app (MLB Ballpark app supported device required). Once you have logged into the MLB Ballpark app, tap on the “Phillies” button in the bottom menu. Select the “Phillies Wallet” tab to see all account entitlements. Present the membership discount QR Code to the cashier for scanning.

How do I access "First in Line" Privileges for Nemours Children’s Health Kids Run the Bases?

For Nemours Children’s Health Kids Run the Bases games, Kids Club members who check in at the Fan Club Kiosk during the game will receive an exclusive wristband to grant members access to a priority queue for the event. This line is still first-come-first serve amongst eligible members, but will be the first group of fans permitted onto the field for the event. Participation is limited to fans fourteen (14) years of age and under.
