Teddy Ebersol's Red Sox Fields at Lederman Park was developed by a new civic and philanthropic partnership of three non-profit groups -- The Red Sox Foundation, Hill House, and The Esplanade Association -- in cooperation with The Executive Office of Environmental Affairs and the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation.

Our mission to make a difference in the lives of youth, families, Veterans, and communities in need by improving health, educational, and recreational opportunities remains at our core. To create a strong pathway forward, the Foundation will prioritize two critical initiatives as part of our direct-service programming and grant-making initiatives:
- Growing the game of youth baseball and softball
- Expanding access and opportunity to high quality educational resources
The Red Sox Foundation's impact off the field is stronger than ever because of the heart of Red Sox Nation. Thank you for making our work possible through your continued support.

In the focus area of health, the Foundation partners with three reputable, best-in-class partners:
- The Jimmy Fund
- Home Base Program
- The Dimock Center

In the focus area of youth education, our goal is to empower youth and young adults in our local communities by affording them access to high quality educational resources, mentorship and continued learning through:
- Red Sox Scholars pres. by Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
- New England and Lee County Service Scholarships
- Fenway Park Learning Lab pres. by the MassMutual Foundation

In the focus area of youth baseball and softball, our goals are to increase access for underserved youth to participate and thrive and to ensure all youth players have a positive experience. We do this through:
- Nike RBI and Jr. RBI Leagues
- PLAY BALL Events
- Red Sox Coaches Box
- Stipends for Local Little Leagues
- Teddy Ebersol's Red Sox Fields at Lederman Park
