What is the difference between Jr. Jays Sundays and Jr. Jays Club?

Jr. Jays Sundays - These take place every Sunday home game (except Fan Appreciation Weekend) and feature games, activities and prizes for kids aged 14 and under. All activities are free with a valid game ticket.

Jr. Jays Club - Jr. Jays Club is a membership program that enhances the experience with exclusive benefits during Jr. Jays Sundays presented by Ontario Honda Dealers and select Saturday games, along with special opportunities and prizes beyond game days.

How do I access my 50% off Jr. Jays ticket offer?

After registering, log in to the Jr. Jays Club Hub in the parent/guardian portal. On your main page, click the “50% OFF JR. JAYS TICKETS” button to be redirected to Ticketmaster.

Please Note: Discount offer is strictly available for kids aged 14 and under and is limited to 4 tickets per Sunday or select Saturday home games.

How much does a Jr. Jays Club All-Star Membership cost?

All-Star Memberships are $35.99, available online by clicking here or in-person at Gate 5 Jays Shop.

Can I pick up my Jr. Jays All-Star Membership that I purchased online at a Jays Shop location?

If you purchase your All-Star Membership online, your membership merchandise will be shipped to the address provided upon registration within 2-3 weeks. If you have not received your membership kit after 3 weeks from the date of purchase, please contact our Jr. Jays Club Member Representatives at jrjaysclub@bluejays.com

I purchased a Jr. Jays All-Star Membership at Rogers Centre, how do I activate my membership online?

To activate your Jr. Jays Club All-Star Membership, please click here. After setting up your guardian profile, you’ll establish your Jr. Jays account, where you’ll choose the “Jr. Jays All-Star Membership” option.

Following this, you will proceed to the payment section, where you’ll input the Gift Code found on your activation card in your backpack. By completing this activation process, your balance will be reduced to zero. Your Gift Code can be found attached inside the Jr. Jays Club kit backpack.

How many Jr. Jays Club Memberships can I register?

Each parent/guardian profile can register up to 10 Jr. Jays Club or All-Star memberships.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the purchase date for membership items to be delivered. Please note that while we strive to deliver your order promptly, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as high demand or shipping disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

What do I do if I haven’t received my Jr. Jays Club Membership after 3 weeks?

I entered the wrong shipping address when purchasing my All-Star Membership online, what should I do?

Not to worry – please email jrjaysclub@bluejays.com with the correct shipping address and a representative will make the adjustments accordingly prior to shipment.

Can I purchase a Jr. Jays Club All-Star Membership as a gift?

Yes! Just provide us with the mailing address and name of the child(ren) you would like the membership sent to when purchasing the membership online.

Do Jr. Jays Club and Jr. Jays Club All-Star Memberships expire?

Yes - all memberships are unique to the season and expire at the end of the regular season. New memberships are released for each season.

Am I able to upgrade my membership from a Club Member to an All-Star Member?

Absolutely! If you wish to upgrade your membership, please log on to your Jr. Jays Club Hub and select the “Upgrade” button in your guardian profile, fill out the required information and you will be on your way to becoming a Jr. Jays All-Star Member.

I participated in First Pitch/Starting Lineup. Is there a way to get any photos?

Yes, one of our Jr. Jays Club Member Representatives will email you the photos within 2 weeks after your event.

I am missing an item or an item arrived damaged in my All-Star membership kit? Can you help?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email jrjaysclub@bluejays.com and provide us with proof of purchase and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to mail you a replacement item.
