Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps

Transfer Policy

Campers are welcome to transfer into any session with available space. To request a transfer, please contact our team and we will happily assist you.

Credit & Refund Policy

To deliver the high-quality experience families expect from Washington Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps, our cancellation policy is designed to protect the integrity of our programming. We incur significant non-refundable costs in advance of the camp season, and the policy below applies if your plans change and your ballplayer is no longer able to attend.

We offer two policy windows depending on the date of cancellation:

Before March 18, 2026

For any cancelled session during this window:

  • 50% of tuition will be refunded, and
  • 50% of tuition will be issued as a credit

Credits may be applied to any available 2026 or 2027 Washington Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps session.

On or After March 18, 2026

For all cancelled sessions on or after this date:

  • Families will receive 100% credit toward any available 2026 or 2027 Washington Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps session
  • No refunds will be offered for payments made after this date
