ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Guests may not bring alcoholic beverages into Tropicana Field, nor may guests take any alcoholic beverages out of the ballpark, including from suites. Florida law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Guests, therefore, will be required to show proper ID when purchasing alcoholic beverages at Tropicana Field. Two alcoholic beverages are allowed per person, per purchase. The sale of alcohol stops in the middle of the 8th inning.
ANIMALS
Animals are prohibited from entering Tropicana Field, unless explicitly allowed for specific dates (i.e., Dog Day at the Rays). Service animals are permitted for all games and events in accordance with the U.S Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Disability Rights Section, definition of “Service Animal.” Please refer to: https://www.ada.gov/service-animals
ASL (AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE)
American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is provided for the National Anthem at most home games. Those interested in interpreting the National Anthem in ASL may submit an inquiry to Entertainment@RaysBaseball.com. Please include your name and contact information, relevant experience, and a video sample or portfolio (recommended but not required). ASL interpreters are featured on the main video board during the National Anthem and are positioned on the field pregame, facing the third-base side. For additional accessibility services, please visit Guest Services locations throughout the ballpark.

Republic Bank ATMs can be found throughout the ballpark:

Only Clear Bags are permitted. Fans may bring one (1) single-compartment clear bag (plastic, vinyl, or PVC) no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” and/or one (1) non-clear small fanny pack or clutch, no larger than 5” x 7”. Backpacks, non-transparent bags, and oversized bags are not permitted at Tropicana Field. Exceptions will be made for diaper bags accompanying a young child and medical device bags. BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted and may be displayed in the ballpark as long as they are baseball-related, do not interfere with the playing field or other ballpark signage or inhibit the view of other fans. Signs must not include derogatory language, gestures or symbols. Tropicana Field management reserves the right to remove any sign displayed on the property.

BATTING PRACTICE
Rays batting practice takes place 3 hours before first pitch. The visiting team's batting practice takes place 2 hours before game time and lasts approximately one hour. Batting practice is taken at the discretion of the team and is subject to change. For more information, see Pregame Timeline.
BOX OFFICE (Tropicana Field)
All tickets and parking passes are mobile only and available through the MLB Ballpark app. Tropicana Field’s Box Office staff is available at Gates 1 and 4 on gamedays for mobile ticket assistance starting 90 minutes before first pitch. You can also scan the QR code at box office windows using the camera app on your smartphone to purchase tickets.
BOX OFFICE (Charlotte Sports Park)
Charlotte Sports Park in Port Charlotte, Florida, is the Spring Training home of the Tampa Bay Rays. The Charlotte Sports Park Box Office staff is available during spring training home game dates for customer service 90 minutes before first pitch and ending at the 7th inning. All ticket sales are online only through www.RaysBaseball.com/Spring.
Please note the Charlotte Sports Park Box Office only sells tickets for spring training home games played at Charlotte Sports Park.
BROOMS
Brooms shorter than 3’ are allowed inside the ballpark. They must not impede other guests’ views or cause safety concerns. Sticks and poles of any other type are not permitted at any time.
BUDWEISER PORCH
The Budweiser Porch in center field offers an open-air patio with outstanding views of the outfield and a vibrant, social atmosphere. A true destination for food lovers, it features local favorites from some of St. Pete’s most popular restaurants. Paired with a full-service bar and a wide selection of Budweiser and local craft beers from top Bay Area breweries, the Budweiser Porch is the perfect spot to gather with friends and take in the game.

CAMERAS AND VIDEO RECORDERS
Guests are permitted to bring cameras and video recorders into the ballpark provided they are not for commercial use. Cameras and video recorders must be hand-held; tripods are prohibited. Fans may not obstruct aisles or the view of others. Lenses must be less than 12 inches.
CASH-FREE
Tropicana Field and Charlotte Sports Park are cash-free. Credit cards, debit cards, and Rays Wallet payments are accepted for all concessions, merchandise, and parking purchases.

CHILDREN
Age requirement regarding tickets
Once a child reaches their second birthday, they will need a game admission ticket.
By using the ticket, the ticket holder, on their own behalf and on behalf of any minor accompanying said ticket holder to the game, is hereby deemed to have given all grants of rights, releases and waivers on behalf of any minor as their parent, guardian or authorized agent have given.
COLOR GUARD/HONOR GUARD
The Tampa Bay Rays are proud to recognize military units, veteran organizations, JROTC programs, and civic groups interested in presenting the colors prior to games. DEROGATORY LANGUAGE
Derogatory language is prohibited, whether spoken or appearing on clothing or a sign, as determined by the Tampa Bay Rays in its sole and absolute discretion. Derogatory language is defined as:
Relating to another individual's race, color, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry or other personal trait or characteristic that is derogatory, insensitive, or otherwise is deemed offensive by the Club, including, but not limited to, slurs, jokes, stereotypes or other inappropriate remarks
Constituting harassment of, threatening or advocating violence against, an individual or group of individuals
Containing obscene, profane, indecent, offensive and/or sexually explicit words or phrases
Violating applicable local, state or federal laws, rules or regulations, whether such language is directed at or relates to any one or more of the following:
Attendees at the game or other event
Players
Umpires or other event officials
Baseball officials
Club officials, including, but not limited to, owners, executives and employees
Event staff, including, but not limited to, fan hosts, ushers, ticket takers, security personnel, police, parking personnel, cleaning personnel, medical personnel and concessions personnel (collectively, the "Event Staff")
The Rays value the importance of a fan-friendly atmosphere at Tropicana Field. As such, the Club will not tolerate the use of any Derogatory Language by any person. The Club will eject any person from Tropicana Field and the Tropicana Field property for the use of any Derogatory Language. The Club also reserves the right to trespass any person from the Tropicana Field property, for such length of time as the Club, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems appropriate, for the use of any Derogatory Language. A person's use of Derogatory Language also may lead to the person's arrest, as determined by the appropriate law enforcement personnel.
If any person attending a game or other event at Tropicana Field hears or observes another person or persons using Derogatory Language, that person should contact the nearest Fan Host staff member or text “Rays” to 69050 with the issue and the location of the incident. The Club will make periodic public address announcements regarding this policy and the incident reporting system.

Located just 50 feet behind home plate, the DEX Home Plate Club has been completely overhauled to become a uniquely special and luxurious space for DEX Home Plate Club members to enjoy. The Rays reserve the right to deny entry, eject and trespass any individual from the ballpark and ballpark property for any of the following: fan interference, public intoxication, using offensive or derogatory language, wearing garments with offensive or derogatory language, disruptive, dangerous or obnoxious behavior, throwing objects, smoking inside the ballpark, public indecency, nudity, urinating outside of the restrooms, entering restricted areas, violating laws, ordinances and facility policies and any other behavior deemed inappropriate by Rays management.

FAN INTERFERENCE
Fans are not to interfere with any ball in play or throw objects onto the field. Anyone doing so will be subject to ejection from the ballpark. Anyone venturing on the playing field will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
FIRST AID
First Aid presented by Orlando Health St. Petersburg can be found between Gates 3 and 4 on the 100 Level, behind home plate. The clinic is staffed by St. Petersburg Fire/Rescue Medical Team.
FOOD POLICY
Outside food or beverage is not permitted, with the exception of one sealed, personal-sized bottle of water. Exceptions can be made for food specifically needed for medical reasons or childcare.
FRONT OFFICE
The Rays Executive Offices can be found on the east side of Tropicana Field near the Gate 1 Box Office. The offices are open Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For Box Office hours, see Box Office.

Get your own MLB-authenticated, game-used and autographed items from your favorite Rays players. Choose from jerseys, bats, helmets, bases and more. These one-of-a-kind items are located at the Rays Authentics Store in Center Field on the Field Level next to the Main Team Store.
GATES
Gates open 90 minutes before first pitch for Monday-Friday Rays home games and two hours before first pitch on Opening Day and Saturday-Sunday Rays home games. VIP Gate 4 is open to suite holders, DEX Home Plate Club ticket holders, The Baldwin Group Club ticket holders, Two Rivers Batter’s Box ticket holders, Chalk Box ticket holders, and Baseline Premier ticket holders. All gates are wheelchair accessible.
Evolv: The Evolv Express security screening system uses sensor technology and artificial intelligence to detect security concerns. Fans can walk through the system at a normal pace, carrying their phones and small bags without stopping.

GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT
The Tampa Bay Rays appreciate that all fans observe our ground rules for guests. Please contact the nearest Fan Host staff member if, for any reason, another guest is interfering with your enjoyment of the game. You may also text 727-594-0860 with your issue and location for assistance.
Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct can be addressed through verbal warnings, ejections, denial of future entry, and/or arrest.
- Drink responsibly. Do not consume alcohol if you are underage.
- Restricted Areas: Do not enter restricted areas in or around the ballpark – including the playing field or service areas.
- Fan Interference: Major League Baseball rules require that fans not go onto the field, throw objects onto the field, or interfere with balls still in play.
- Sit only in your ticketed seat and stay alert for bats, balls, or other objects leaving the field of play. Baseballs hit or thrown into the stands can be dangerous.
- Clothing and footwear are required to be worn at all times while at Tropicana Field.
- Tropicana Field is a smoke-free facility. The use of tobacco products of any kind, including e-cigarettes, vapes, or chewing tobacco, is not permitted on the property.
- Fans are not permitted to bring outside food or drinks into Tropicana Field. One sealed bottle of water (20 ounces or less) or one empty, plastic bottle or cup is permitted per ticketed fan.
- Respect your fellow fans. Derogatory, threatening, or obscene language, gestures, or behavior will not be tolerated.
- Any threats of violence or abusive language, including abusive language related to sports betting, directed at players, players' families, club personnel, or umpires, will not be tolerated.
- Solicitation by any fan for contributions or donations, or the distribution of literature or other items on ballpark property, is prohibited.
- Banners, signs, and flags are permitted and may be displayed in the stadium if they are baseball-related, do not interfere with the playing field or other ballpark signage, or inhibit the view of other fans. Derogatory language, gestures, or symbols are not permitted on signs. Management reserves the right to remove any sign displayed on the property.
- Beach balls, Frisbees, and other objects cannot be thrown in the stadium and are prohibited.
- Small radios, laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices are allowed in the ballpark when used with personal headphones.
- The use of personal still and video cameras is permitted, so long as it does not obstruct views or interfere with other fans. Pictures and videos must be for private, non-commercial use.
- Tripods or similar stabilization poles are prohibited.

The Tampa Bay Rays are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for each person who enters Tropicana Field. Protective netting extends from home plate to the foul poles located in Sections 137 and 138 at Tropicana Field.
There is some amount of netting in front of the seating sections listed below; the height and coverage of the netting varies by section.

Please understand that it is not possible for a map to show the precise location of the netting and/or to what extent netting may or may not impact your view. In addition, regardless of the location of netting, fans in the sections listed above are still exposed to objects leaving the field of play, including bats and bat fragments, and thrown or batted balls; ticket holder assumes all risk of injury. No seat in Tropicana Field is free from the risk of injury inherent in attending a live baseball game. - Charter Buses – Buses may drop off passengers 4th Ave S near Gate 3. Buses can park for free on 2nd Ave S between 10th St and MLK (subject to availability).
- Electric Vehicles - Charging stations are located in Lots 1,5, and 7 on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Overflow Parking - Rays prepaid parking often sells out. If Rays lots sell out during a game day, fans may park in one of the many overflow parking options throughout downtown St. Petersburg. Non-Rays-owned lot options can be found here.

- Prepaid Parking - Prepaid parking is available for purchase on a single-game basis based on availability in Lots 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7. Prepaid parking can be purchased in advance of the game on RaysBaseball.com/Parking.
- Rideshare - There will be two options for Rideshare pick up and drop off for the 2026 season. Guests trying to access Gate 1 will be dropped off at our rideshare location in Lot 8. Guests with ADA drop-off and guests trying to access the building through Gates 4 & 5 can be dropped off on Trop Drive on 16th Street.
- RVs/Campers/Large Vans - Parking RVs, campers, and large vans is 2x the general parking rate for each game. Recreational vehicles are not permitted to park overnight on Tropicana Field Property. Upon arrival, accommodations can be made for these vehicles on a game-to-game basis; however, in general, these vehicles must park in the same location as buses on 2nd Ave S between 10th St & MLK (Subject to availability)
- Season Member Parking - Rays Season Members may purchase discounted parking in Lots 1, 2, 5, and 6 based on availability. Please visit RaysBaseball.com/Parking for more information.
- Staff Parking - Rays Fan Host staff will have access to park in Lot 4 as in years prior. All other part-time staff will be parking in Lot 9 for the 2026 season.
- Parking Credential - All staff must have their parking pass clearly displayed in their vehicle to gain access to their assigned parking lot.
- Tropicana Drive - Tropicana Drive is located in front of Gate 4. It is a one-way drive, with the entrance on 16th St. S, and the exit onto 4th Ave S.
PREGAME TIMELINE
Batting and infield practice are taken at the discretion of each team and are subject to change. Access to the seating bowl to watch practice opens 90 minutes prior to game time Monday-Friday, and 2 hours prior to game time Saturday-Sunday.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
To promote a safe and enjoyable game experience, security screening is conducted before entering the ballpark. The following items are prohibited at Tropicana Field:
- Bags that are not transparent or do not comply with the CLEAR-BAG POLICY
- Hard-sided coolers, boxes, or cases of any size
- Alcoholic beverages
- Outside food or drinks, except for one sealed bottle of water (20 ounces or less) per ticketed fan
- Stainless steel, metal, ceramic, and glass bottles are not permitted. However, an empty plastic refillable cup, or an empty plastic refillable water bottle, is permitted for use at stadium hydration stations. This plastic item may have a lid and a straw
- Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, or chemical sprays larger than .6 ounce
- Fireworks or other explosives
- Items that could be projectiles
- Cameras with lenses longer than 12”
- Bullhorns, percussion instruments, air horns, whistles, and other excessively loud noisemakers (The long-held tradition of small cowbells being allowed at Rays games continues.)

WHEELCHAIR TRANSPORTS
The Rays are proud to provide a wheelchair transport service. The Rolling Rays are available at Gates 1 and 5 on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchair assistance is provided from the gate to your seat upon arrival and from your seat to the gate at the end of the game. Wheelchair transporters are not allowed to leave Tropicana Field to pick-up or deliver patrons outside of the gates. Wheelchairs are not available for rent or borrow for any portion of the game.
