Welcome! The first time you walk into Yankee Stadium you'll remember it, and the first time you see a walk off you'll never forget it. Make sure you request a digital First Game Certificate celebrated by New York Life before or after the game! It’s a classic tradition and a great free souvenir.

First-Timer Checklist:

  • The Great Hall: The massive, soaring entrance between Gates 4 and 6 featuring giant banners of Yankees legends.
  • Monument Park (Center Field): Get there as soon as gates open to see the retired numbers. Note: It closes 45 minutes before first pitch!
  • The New York Yankees Museum presented by Bank of America (Section 210): Home to seven World Series Trophies (1977–2009) and the legendary "Ball Wall."
  • A Taste of the Stadium: Nothing says quintessential baseball like a Chicken Finger & Fries Value Bucket (a fan-favorite for the souvenir bucket it comes in!) or a Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog (both available at Sections 127, 224, 312 and throughout the Stadium).
  • 50/50 Raffle: Keep an eye out for roving vendors in BLUE vests or visit a kiosk. You could win half the jackpot while supporting the New York Yankees Foundation!

Photo Op! Head to the Mastercard Batter’s Eye Deck in Center Field for a sweeping, unobstructed view of the entire field—perfect for that "I'm here!" selfie.

Both are free to all ticketed fans but have time limits and capacity restrictions. Monument Park is located in center field and typically closes 45 minutes before first pitch. The New York Yankees Museum presented by Bank of America (adjacent to Section 210 on the Main Level) remains open until the end of the 8th inning.

  • Key Sights: The "Ball Wall" featuring 870 autographed baseballs and the retired numbers of Yankees legends.
  • Important Note: Entry to Monument Park is first-come, first-served and the line to Monument Park may close earlier than the Park itself. To guarantee entry, see our pregame tour options below.

2026 is a massive year for Yankees tradition. Beyond the game itself, keep an eye out for legendary Bronx rituals that involve the whole crowd.

  • Roll Call: In the top of the 1st inning, pay attention to Section 203 as our passionate fans chant each player's name until they get a wave back!
  • YMCA: During the 7th-inning stretch, the grounds crew perform their famous dance.
  • 50/50 Drawing: If a drawing occurs at the game, the winning raffle number will typically be announced in the late innings and displayed on scoreboards (and posted at yankees.com/5050). If you’ve got the winning ticket, email raffle@yankees.com to claim your prize.
  • "New York, New York:” If the Yankees win, listen to Frank Sinatra’s "New York, New York" blast over the speakers as you exit the Stadium after the game.

Throughout the game, we also recommend keeping an eye on the videoboards for interactive features. Download the MLB Ballpark app to play along!

The 2026 dining lineup features a mix of Bronx staples and legendary New York City partners. From the iconic Lobel’s Steak Sandwich to new sweet treats from Magnolia Bakery, there is something for every fan.

Some Must-Try Items:

  • The MVP Burger – New for 2026: Two 4 oz. American wagyu beef patties, American cheese, caramelized onions, onion rings, tomato-bacon jam, secret sauce, brioche bun, dill pickles (Section 227 Portable)
  • Lobel’s: The USDA Prime Steak Sandwich remains a fan favorite (Sections 132, 223, 321).
  • Streetbird: Try the Bird Dog 2.0, a split beef dog topped with crispy chicken, peppers & onions and mustard aioli (Section 112).
  • Christian Petroni: Petroni Tiramisu (espresso mascarpone cream, lady finger cookies, cocoa powder) is back at the Stadium in 2026 (Section 105).

Pro-Tip: Concession stands at Yankee Stadium are cashless. Be sure to have a credit card or mobile payment (Apple/Google Pay) ready. Mastercard is preferred by the New York Yankees.

Yes! To avoid waiting in line, you can use the Uber Eats app to order food and drinks directly from your seat for quick pick up at the majority of permanent stands throughout the Stadium.

We’ll let you know in the app when your order is ready so you can quickly pick it up and get back to the action.

The Best Part: There are no additional fees for using Uber Eats inside the Stadium, and menu prices are the same as if you ordered at the counter!

Yes! We strongly recommend booking a Pregame Tour for the ultimate gameday experience. These tours provide exclusive early access to the Stadium before the gates officially open to the public.

Why Book a Pregame Tour?

  • Early Access: Beat the crowds to Monument Park and the New York Yankees Museum presented by Bank of America.
  • Watch BP: Tours typically conclude in Section 105, giving you a view of batting practice (subject to team discretion & commonly not taken prior to day games).
  • Behind the Scenes: Led by expert guides, you’ll get a deeper dive into the history of the 27-time World Series Champions.

For fans primarily interested in early access to Monument Park and to view batting practice, we also offer a self-guided experience via our Pregame Glimpse of Greatness!

Note: A valid game ticket for the same date is required for all Pregame Tours.
