You have the opportunity to put your special moment on the scoreboard at Oracle Park!

Commemorate a special occasion with a GIANT fan message! Each message can contain up to three lines of text, with a limit of 20 characters per line. You will receive an email confirmation and display inning once your order has been processed from fanmessages@sfgiants.com. Messages typically air in the middle of the 4th inning unless noted otherwise. Please make sure you are entering the correct email in order for us to contact you. Only 10 messages available per game, these will sell out. Marriage proposals will not be accepted as they will need to be booked under the proposal package.

Please note, messages will not be available for viewing on the television broadcast.

Please note, messages that contain any of the following are prohibited:

  • Emojis and special characters
  • Commercial advertisements, including slogans, websites and phone numbers
  • Social media handles and hashtags
  • Names or nicknames of MLB players
  • References to opposing teams
  • Statements or endorsements of issues or candidates

The Giants reserve the right to refuse any message.

Ordering Information

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

After your order has been processed and approved, you will receive an email confirming your order along with the scheduled inning break.

Available Dates and Deadlines

If you do not see your desired game listed, we are sold out or the deadline has passed and we apologize. Please note, inventory is extremely limited, and only ten messages are available per game.

All Fan Message orders must be submitted at least 5 hours prior to first pitch for night games, or the day prior for day games.

Fan Message Content and Display

Messages may not be used for commercial purpose; advertisements, including websites, phone numbers, and social media handles and hashtags, are prohibited.

Messages that are obscene, offensive, refer negatively to any MLB team, or contain Statements or endorsements of issues or candidates are prohibited. Names of MLB players are also prohibited.

The Giants reserve the right to refuse any message.
