In-Kind Donations & Community Ticket Requests

CLEVELAND GUARDIANS DONATION REQUEST PROCESS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The Cleveland Guardians support numerous organizations across Northeast Ohio every year. Please note that the team receives a heavy number of requests and cannot fulfill them all. It is very important to read all the details below before filling out the request form. Changes have been issued since last season to both our in-kind donation request process and Major League Baseball’s community ticket request process.

IN-KIND DONATION REQUEST – requesting a signed item for your organization’s fundraising efforts (no other requests for wearables, tickets or cash donation can be made with this form).

Organization requirements to be considered:

  • The organization must be located in the state of Ohio.
  • Organizations may only receive one donation per calendar year.
  • Organizations must be a non-profit with a 501(c)(3), tax exempt status. You will be required to enter the tax ID number in order to request an item.
  • Requests must be submitted in advance of at least six weeks before event date.
  • A representative from the organization must be able to pick up item at the Guardians offices (located at Progressive Field) on a select date.

Due to the volume of requests received, there will be an emphasis placed on non-profit organizations aligned with our pillars of education and access to youth sports for underserved communities.

IN-KIND COMMUNITY TICKET DONATION REQUEST

Major League Baseball and the Cleveland Guardians are happy to support the community by offering tickets for groups that otherwise would not be able to attend a game. These tickets are in the upper bowl of the ballpark and do not include food and beverage or parking. Tickets will be sent via email and processed via the Ballpark App. Tickets cannot be fulfilled for Opening Day, Friday or Saturday games. Ticket requests are for regular season games only.
