Orioles in the Community

As part of our commitment to strengthening and uplifting our community, the Orioles are proud to host Disability Pride & Awareness Night. This evening will highlight individuals and organizations dedicated to advancing inclusion and expanding opportunities for people with disabilities, including autism, developmental and intellectual disabilities, vision impairment, and hearing loss.

Featured partners include Itineris Baltimore, Bitty & Beau’s, Blind Industries & Services of Maryland (BISM), and The Arc Baltimore. Fans are invited to visit the Bullpen Picnic Area to engage with these organizations and learn more about their work across Birdland.

The Orioles and Baltimore City are on the cusp of The Next Chapter. To contribute to the momentum of this resurgence, the Orioles have engaged in an Adopt-A-School initiative, partnering with Harlem Park Elementary Middle School located in West Baltimore, and Baltimore City Public Schools.

Established in 2021, All-Stars at The Yard - formerly known as Heroes Corner - is the Orioles' way of honoring and expressing gratitude to individuals who make a meaningful difference in our community.

The Orioles will host a 50/50 Raffle at each regular season home game to benefit a charity in the Baltimore community and the Ted Williams Foundation, giving fans the opportunity to make a direct impact across Birdland, while trying to hit the jackpot at Camden Yards. Raffle tickets may be purchased from uniformed raffle-ticket sellers and via QR codes throughout the ballpark until the end of the 7th inning. The winning number will be announced in the bottom of the 8th inning.

Year-round, the Orioles focus their philanthropic efforts on two distinct pillars: Strengthening Our Community and Empowering Our Youth. The Orioles strengthen the Baltimore community by volunteering, donating thousands of dollars, and inviting community members to the ballpark to be recognized for their contributions to our city. The Orioles empower Baltimore youth by making donations to local youth-focused organizations, inviting local youth to the ballpark for educational opportunities, and spreading the game of baseball across the city.
